How do I place an order?

Simply add products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure to place your order. If you experience any technical issues, please call us and we’ll take your order over the phone.

What is the minimum/maximum order I can place?

We have a minimum order of € 329 for orders within the EU and an unlimited maximum order requirement.

Can I order by telephone or email?

It is best to use our online system to place your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may like to speak to someone or there may be technical issues. You can always contact our customer services team if you would like to place an order over the phone or send your order via email to

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order once it has been placed. You have up to 72 hours to cancel your order. Please view our returns policy for further details.


Are my transactions secure?

Yes! Your transactions are secure. To give our customers confidence and integrity we use SSL to protect and secure transactions between your web browser and our servers. Your payment information is not made visible or accessible to the outside world as our servers are maintained and hosted in a secure location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We only accept cheques for B2B customers and cash on pre-discussed situations. You can also pay for orders using credit cards or bank transfers.  Payment options are given during the checkout process.


Where is my order?

Delayed orders can occur due to some reasons which may include payment failures, shipping problems or even us (after all mistakes can be made). We ask that you allow for 8 working days to receive your order within the EU. You can still contact our customer services team, who will be happy to help.

Who will deliver my order?

Our Airline partners in EU will deliver to you, we also have contracts with courier services to get your orders across to you.

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

We deliver to Mainland Europe within 8 days after you have made payment. Also, deliveries outside EU take between 8-10 working days.

Do you deliver and how much is the delivery charge?

We have a standard delivery charge for deliveries within the EU. An extra charge is added for deliveries outside the EU. Deliveries fees to other states are determined according to the weight of your order.

Can you deliver to a different address from the billing address?

Yes. This option is given to you during the checkout process. Please take care when entering your delivery details.

Can I pick up my order?

We only deliver by courier directly from our warehouses in Norway.

I received a faulty/damaged package, what shall I do?

Shipping bottles and (fairly) fragile products can lead to damages whilst your order is in transit. Your orders are always carefully packaged before being dispatched and we instruct our courier service providers to treat them with care. Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will always replace the same for you. Kindly view our returns policy for further information.
