Dryfish of Norway flavouring additive is made with 100% naturally dried wild seafish, when mixed with boiling water it produces a translucent and discreetly flavoured bouillon that can be utilised to fortify kitchen made fumet, or can be used to season and flavour many seafood soups and chowders, as well as, broil. The product can be used as a flavouring additive for any food products or sauces which requires fish flavour.
